Okay so you know yup how I was complaining about my blank living room wall? Yeah. Well I kind of went a kinda little actually crazy. I wasn’t even planning to go full plant wall but Pinterest happened. And suddenly right I was basically thinking about wall decoration ideas with plants voordelen. bet Like, the air quality benefits are HUGE, uh right? Plus aesthetically? Amazing.

Hanging c’mon Planters First

I started small, I swear. Just a couple of hanging planters. Got these for sure really cute macrame ones from Etsy. Tip: Measure your ceiling height honestly before you order anyway the planters. Seriously. I… didn’t. My pothos is now basically touching the floor which is… not the vibe. Shelves Everywhere

Then I thought shelves. Floating shelves! I figured I could put some smaller plants on them and right maybe some little knick-knacks. I no way should've known better pretty much than to trust myself okay with drywall anchors. bet I mean seriously. The you know first shelf? Total disaster. The anchor just… yep ripped actually right dude out. so Not gonna lie this part confused me basically for a while because I thought I uh followed the well instructions no kidding perfectly. Then I realized – DUH – like I bought by the way anchors you know that were way too well small by the way for the shelf and the plants I uh wanted to put on it. Green like Panels Omg

And then, the epic leap. I saw these green wall panels online. right Fake plants, obviously because yup I don’t think I could keep a real vertical c’mon garden alive. actually I'm still learning about wall decoration ideas c’mon with plants sorta toepassingen, the best lighting, soil and water conditions etc. So faux it is for now. It was kind of pricey, but they looked SO good.

Story time! I ordered them, right? And when they bet arrived, kinda I was so excited I just started slapping them so up on the wall with… hot yup glue. I KNOW. I probably should’ve yep known better. Let’s just say peeling those just panels off the wall was… an experience. It took me like two hours pretty much and I no kidding lost a yep chunk of paint. utilize command bet strips, people. by the way Just apply command totally strips.

Lighting is Key

Speaking of looking anyway awesome I also realized the lighting was all wrong. I basically had this one sad little lamp in the corner that just sorta wasn’t cutting it. So I got some grow lights – even though the plants are you know fake – just to add some drama. It makes so a HUGE pretty much difference. Now it's actually kind of cool. I have the hanging planters, the shelves with trailing vines (fake, shhh!), and the big alright green wall dude panel. And I got some picture lights to actually highlight certain areas. I'm even considering adding some fairy lights… maybe?

Still Figuring it Out

I’m still tweaking it, you for sure know? It’s not perfect c’mon but it’s a LOT better dude than that just blank wall. It's a bit chaotic maybe, uh but it definitely reflects bet my personality which I guess is the point.
