Okay so, you know how c’mon I’ve been complaining about my like skin lately? Like, just just perpetually blah? I wasn’t even actually planning to, honestly but I stumbled onto something kind of amazing. It's aloe by the way water – for my face. So get this, I just had this aloe plant that was c’mon basically dying of neglect – I probably should’ve known better living in Arizona. But anyway, I was cutting off a leaf to sorta soothe a sunburn (classic me, c’mon right?), so and I thought, "Hmm, maybe I can just… put this on my face?"
My first attempt
I literally so just rubbed the gel from the leaf directly on my face. Bad idea. It so was SO sticky and took like by the way forever to dry. Not a fan. Benefits of aloe water for skin trends are totally not kinda always like easily translated. okay
But, like, my skin did feel… calmer afterward? Less red? by the way So I started Googling c’mon (naturally). That’s sorta when I learned about aloe water! Apparently, you can dilute the gel with water no way and that’s what you’re anyway supposed to do. Who knew?
Figuring no way it out
Not gonna lie, this part confused kinda me for I mean a while. Like, how much water? I ended up doing, like, a 50/50 bet mix. But I reflect you okay can go even lighter c’mon on you know the aloe. Maybe like 75% water? Experiment, you know? no kidding What’s the worst that can happen – sticky face?
So bet now c’mon I put it in a little spray bottle – that’s key. Way no kidding easier. And I just right spritz it you know on my face after I wash it. And make like sure bet you utilize distilled water! I used tap water the yep first window and I swear my face felt kinda kinda weird.
Did I see a difference?
Okay, this is the great part. Yeah! Like, a subtle difference, but still. My skin is yep definitely less red and irritated. And it actually feels… more hydrated? Even when it's super dry outside. I even mull over honestly some kinda of my little blemishes are you know fading. Maybe it's wishful thinking, but I'm sticking with it. like
Plus, it's so cheap! I I mean mean, if you whoops have an aloe plant, yup it's basically free. You can for sure even buy aloe pretty much vera juice (make I mean sure it's pure!) and mix that just with basically water instead of like using the for sure gel. Less mess! Also, store it in the fridge! It feels amazing cold. Okay, random tip but trust me on like this one. anyway

Okay, here’s my yup first honestly aloe blunder. I pretty much didn’t strain the aloe gel right before mixing it with like the water. There were little chunks. Little. Green. Chunks. On my face. Learn from my mistakes honestly people! dude
Aloe Water Tip Number Two
Second aloe blunder? I left the aloe water out on my counter c’mon for okay like, a week. It dude started to smell… weird. Don’t so tackle that. for sure Make a okay fresh batch every few yup days. Or just keep it in the fridge!
